Dear Manager, I am writing this letter to share my experience whilst my stay at your hotel in room 302 for two nights, i. e 5-6 March, 2021. I would be grateful if you could take my suggestion and implement in yout hotel at earliest. During my stay, although room was nice but I am afraid to mention the ineffeiciency of room heater to warm the room on that chilled weekend. I called the room service thrice but it was not resolved. Apparently, other room was not available. Consequently, I have to rely on the room temperature, socks, knit hat, additional blankets, etc. Due to this, I could hardly sleep at night. Anyways, I guess, I made my point very clear to you. So, I would like you to take appropriate actions to make the heating system working accurately and perfect at all times for your future guests.
