I am writing this letter to inform you that, we are planning to arrange a trip to our students as a part of their winter activity and the first place that come into our mind is Snowy Mountains in New South Wales. We have planned to stay in your hostel and we are a group of 30 students and 3 lectures and we require 3 dormitories for 10 students each which is attached and 3 single rooms which are also attached with bath rooms. The probable date of the trip is 15th of December 2020 and it last for 5 days. It will be great full if you provide food for everyone throughout the journey.
