Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this missive inconsideration to express the dissatisfaction with the services provided by your sports centre. To commence with, the conspicuous problem that is faced is inadequate number of lockers. Quantity of lockers is proportionally less than the count of people using them owing to this sharing lockers with other members is the only option. This increases the risk of theft and loss of personal goods. Moreover it is sometimes discomfit to share personal belongings with other people. Secondly another cogent issue is the lack of sanitization. Dustbins stinks and found full of filth all the time. These are hardly cleared twice a week. Floors are also mopped rarely. The overall environment is unhealthy and disgusting. This appears to be the negligence of cleaning staff. In order to resolve the above mentioned problems i would suggest you to install more lockers or else proper management for allocating lockers is required, so that everyone can make use of this resource efficiently. Also proper supervision over cleaning staff is required. Regular checks of sanitization in locker rooms will be of great help. I think the members of sports centre deserve these basic necessities for the amount of fees that is paid.
