Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing a letter to let you know that your company service are not superb. I have faces many problems during that time. Let me explain my situation in full detail. Two weeks ago, I went in your company for related my work. When I saw your company that time I was thinking, this company was very awesome. After some time, I went inside and sit in the waiting area. Air conditioner was not working properly. There were too hotness and I feel sweating on the body. No one listened my voice. All were busy own their work. I had waiting almost one hour after that they said me boss did not come in the office. They came after a break. In the company, they were too much noises and my mind was fully disturbed. That time, I was wondering, I will not come another time in this place. I would like to say your service is not good and improve your office condition. In this way, you also work properly and feel comfortable. I hope you give more concentration on your company condition. Thank you, Yours faithfully, john.
