Dear Mr Clinton, I am writing to inform you of my intention to relocate with my family to Los Angeles. While I plan to make this happen very soon, I also want to let you know my preferences in respect to picking a house in a good vicinity. My husband and I decided to make this life-changing decision due to a new job offer I go with Chevron Oil and Gas company as a Finance Manager. Hence, we intend to move by the end of August which is two months from now. Firstly, I would like to specify the type of neigbourhood I am interested in. I prefer a place that is quiet and peaceful with a serene atmosphere which is situated in the suburbs because I would like to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. At the same time, I also want the location to be less than 30 minutes drive to my place of work as this will enable me to get to work on time. In addition to the request above, I want a 4 bedroom semi- detached duplex with a laundry room and a fully fitted kitchen. I will prefer if the house is painted off-white as this is my favorite colour. I will appreciate if all these requirements can be put into consideration when searching for the house.
