Dear Sir, I am writing regarding the amount of noise coming from the new canteen, which has just opened near my unuversity residence. I am pleased that we have this facility. But It remains open up to 12: 30 every night each night. In Addition, it is heart shoutings and loud music the sounds of motorbikes which inturrupts us sleeping or sometimes reading in our bedrooms. In both cases people try to concentrate on doing well despite of noise. So it causes a lot of problem for all of us who live in residence. I would like to suggest that it may eliminate working hours till 11 on weekdays. On weekends it should not work because of provide pease for us. I will apperciate you confirmation for this situation.
