Dear Mr Thompson,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regards to the high levels of noise from the campus restaurant which has been constructed recently near the university residence.
Although this new facility has provided tremendous benefits not only for foreign students but also for those who live in the dormitory, but unfortunately the restaurant is open from 9 am until mid night and the noise of music, crowds and motorbikes pass through the walls and cause nuisance.
The noise has created so many difficulties for students, we cannot concentrate on our studies and we have been suffering from sleep disorders and insomnia during night due to the movement of vehicles around this area.
To prevent further complications, I would like to offer some solutions to be taken into account. The working hours of restaurant can be decreased before mid night and moreover warning signs can be installed on the wall to request students keep noise at the lowest level. Although these suggestions are simple but I form an impression that they would be helpful.
I thank you in advance for your attention to this matter
Yours Sincerely,
Shakiba Eftekhar
