Dear Simon, Hope this letter finds you radiant health amd best of spirits. I am writing this letter to seeking you assistance about unpleasant issue, which occur at my work. As you know, I recently joined this company and I have no previous experience related to Accounting work and I am unable to solve company issues at my own. I also feel scared to ask my colleague because of that I think you are the best person to assist me to solve this problem. On last weekend I had to print vendor's cheques but unfortunately I made a dreadful mistake I started printing cheques with new dimensions, as a result I was unable to print out correct dimensions cheques as all setting got disturb in system. So, I request you please provide correct cheque printing dimensions list as soon as possible. I am asking you because you also work in same software and you have fully knowledge of this software.
