Dear. Mr. Harris, I hope this letter find you in amazing health and good spirit. The purpose of writing this letter is to thank you for your generous offer but I would politely decline your help of providing me accommodation as my friends are also travelling so we have decided to share the accommodation expenses. It is sensible and save us some money. I don't want to be any kind of burden on you. All of us want to experience the real Italy more over its very fascinating to listen to the experience of other travelers at your staycation. I hope you will understand my point of view. I will be reaching Rome on 14th Feb in the evening. We will be retiring straight in our room rest for the night and start our vocation with visiting different monuments, Art gallery and famous eating spots, Also planning to explore hidden gems of the city. We are going to dedicate 4 days to Rome, On 19th Feb we will be leaving for the Venice via train. We will explore the city on water for three days and return back to Rome as we have flight to catch on 23rd Feb. Although I am very excited for my trip but I would love to meet you and take you for lunch, May be you can suggest some place to dine, chit chat and share your experience. I also have to give you the souvenir sent by your grandson. I hope you like it. Looking forward to meeting you. Yours faithfully
