Dear Ms Rose, I have enrolled for a project management training course in Greenmount University from 20th October to 31st December of this year. I am writing this letter to request you to provide me an accommodation during that period. I will be arriving Greenmount for the first time. I am not accustomed with the winter weather as I belong to a hotter region. So, I prefer to stay somewhere close to the Rawl's Hall, where most of my classes are scheduled. Also, my wife and my kind will be accompanying me during the entire duration of course. We prefer to cook our own meal. I will appreciate if you can provide us an apartment which has sufficient place for a family, proper heating arrangement, and a kitchen with installed stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Also, I heard from one of my friend that apartment complexes accommodating undergraduates tend to get noisy during the weekend. I would like to avoid such premises as my kid is very young and he will not be able to sleep when there is any noise. Although, I mentioned that my course starts from 20th October, I will be arriving Greenmount a week earlier, and leave one week after the course is over.
