Dear Mr Charles. I am writing this letter to inform you that I would like to take a week off as I am travelling to my home town. My name is Nilam Chauhan and currently pursuing Masters in Business management. I enrolled my self in two years masters course in business management. My course contains six semester with project submission in last year. I am regularly attending my lectures. However, yesterday I have received call from my father stating that my mother is not well and admitted in hospital. She is suffering with fever and not recovering at all. Doctor suggested to keep her in hospital for few more days. My father is working so I need to be there to look after my mother. I would request you to grant permission for a week off. If possible please inform my tutors to provide me lecture notes on my email so I can study when I get time. I will keep you updated once I reach there. Looking forward to your reply.
