Dear sir, I am writing this letter to complain about the inconvenience caused to me due to your negligence.
Two week ago, I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S10 model mobile phone in black colour from your reputed store and the reference number for this is the BH432. Last Monday, I was preparing my assignment on this phone and suddenly it stopped working with some fluctuation on the screen, therefore you can imagine my disappoint as after a few days of buying, there is a majot flawed in the phone.
A week ago, despite my communication with one of your managers, no action has be taken from your side. Moreover, having hone through your company policy, I am entitled to full compensation for the cost of this phone, either you can replace it with new one or repair it as soon as possible.
