Dear John, I hope you're well and looking forward to your stay at my wonderful place. I'm just writing to tell you a few things that you'll need to prepare and know to get some ideas about my place. The first thing you'll need to do is pick up the keys from one of my neighbors. Just pop round to the number 10 any time after 5 pm and ask for Sarah. She'll be expecting you, and she'll tell you which key is which. If the weather gets a bit hot, you might want to turn the air-conditioning.
