Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about the internet connection in my room. My name is Natalie Savard, and I am residing in Elm’s Wood Halls of Residence on the Sussex drive. I am a post graduate student currently in the later stages of doing my master’s dissertation. I live in the new complex in A block on the fifth floor, room 503. A few times a day, without warning, the internet connection suddenly stops and when I run a troubleshooting program on my computer it states that there is an issue with the IP address. This is very inconvenient to me because this means that I have to stop work and go to the nearby coffee shop to get online. I would appreciate it, if you could send someone as soon as possible to test the line and establish the problem. Someone looked at it last week and said everything was fine, but it is absolutely not. I pay twenty dollars a month for the line and I don’t think this is satisfactory service. I look forward to hearing your response. Yours faithfully, Natalie
