Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the hotel room which booked for me by your agency on June 15th at the Grand Hotel in Turkish.
The first issue was that there is no balcony of my room. Once I found out it, I was very disappointed about it. The reason was that I said to your agent that I want to stay in a room with balcony.
What is more, the entrance of my room was under the staircase. It made me prevent from having a good rest. Because the noice of steps could be heard during the whole day and night. I consider this discomfort not being tolerated bu anyone who had a desire to rest in a quit place.
To make matters worse, Although I mentioned a room which a view of the river can be watched through the windows to your employee, the those of it opens on to the road.
Under the circumstances, I did not satisfy with your service at all. Therefore I am entitled to a refund for the inconvenience I have suffered.
