Dear Mr Paul, I am student at English language collage and talent at your property. I am writing this to draw your attention that we are not getting hot water and our heating system is not working since 10 days. As you know that 10 days ago there was very heavy rain and since then our heating system is damage and it is not working. I have called you couple of the time but there was no response from your side. Finally, you have responded few day back and told us that you will sending a technician to fix heating system. Technical is eventually arrived yesterday and he tried to find the problem if heating system. Unfortunately he said that heating system is not reparable and suggested to replace with new one. You can imagine what kind of problem we are facing as we do not have a hot water. Also, the weather is so cold and it very difficult for me to take a shower, washing and cooking. My humble request to take this matter in your urgent attention and replace the heating system as early as possible. Yours faithfully, Lucias Christian.
