As a regular client, I hope you will circumspectly ensure the quality of your food ingredients and train your employees to become more professional in serving.
Three days ago, my family decided to celebrate a small party dinner meal at your luxury restaurant, which we guaranteed would provide perfect service, but it run on our expectations. Unfortunately, because it being the holiday season, there were no tables available for us when we arrived, despite the fact that we had previously called to arrange a huge table for my large family. As a result of the bad treatment, we had to wait 45 minutes before we could enjoy some samples of the local cuisine.
Regarding the specifics of the dinner, we were given some new foods, but one of them did not appeal to us. Because the toasted crayfish and sweet-sour dish was deep-fried, overheated in crayfish before sauced, and lacking sweetness, it resulted in an unhealthy meal. Furthermore, we discovered your meal ‘Rolled minced beef coated in spicy sauce’ was not cooked with fresh meat, so that my sister had stomach pains an hour after tasting this food. After we had expressed our disappointment to the manager, no actions were taken to alleviate the problems. As a result of this unpleasant experience, we were unable to continue partaking in our special dinner completely.
I would appreciate you looking into the matter and directing your employees to behave more hospitably. In addition, I am looking forward to receiving your apology and hope that you will consider investigating the quality of food served at your restaurant.
