Dear Mr. Smith, Hope you are doing well. I am one of your students who has enrolled for the evening classes for the batch of Business Administration since January 2021. I would like to bring it to your notice that I can not further continue with the evening classes. As you are aware that I am working full-time in a construction company, my role included frequent visits to many different project site as per our clients' requirement and also rigorous field work. Also, I have to start my day early due to the fact that my working hours are since 06: 00 am till 04: 00 pm. Apart from that, I stay alone here so have to manage my daily chores and my basic necessities like cooking meals, laundry, house cleaning. These all consumes major hours of the day. I feel exhausted by the end of the day and could not really concentrate in the classes. In spite of all these hardships, I am still keenly interested to finish my course. I would humbly request you to kindly give me online classes option or shift me to the weekend classes. I would like to discuss in person with you about the timings if you may agree to my suggestions.
