Dear Helen, Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and best of spirit. Sorry it’s been so long to write to you but finally I put pen to paper to explain why I didn’t returned the Bluetooth speaker which I borrowed from on last month. I feel very guilty in saying that it has damaged by accidently fell down from table while I am using it. I really sorry for that, although sorry cannot undo the harm that caused as well as I know that which is a gift that you got from your husband on your birthday. I was placed it on my study table when I listening some classical music, during that time my 2 year old some came and throw it, unfortunately I haven’t noticed that he came. It’s one side broken, however it is working perfectly. I contacted to a well know service center near my city and they came and took it for replacing the broken part. Hopefully, end of this week the repair it and I will be return to you as soon as I can once it reached in a perfect manner. Again, I am sorry for delaying to tell you and I hope you can forgive me.
