Dear Renu, I am delighted to receive your letter. I hope you have good health. I am fortunate that you think of me for asking advice for your important career decision. I feel that you should get job first. Firstly, in University you will obtain therotical knowledge, whereas when you start working they look for practical knowledge which can be acquire by doing job. I am the best example of this situation, when I have completed my studies I still have to do internship and additional course to get permanent job because everyone look for experience person. Secondly, when you start working in company you will learn about team work, communication skills, and more importantly build your self confidence. Furthermore, you have better picture of market standards, as what kind of candidates organization are looking for and to crack though interview, what sort of skills required. I would suggest that you should do a internship of tele-marketing because you have strong communication, and great presence of mind to handle people. I wish this information will benefit you and hoping to see you soon. Yours lovingly, Rupinder
