Dear Mr. Nunes, I, Joe Harrin, a member of Brad organization writing this letter to acknowledge you on the last meeting experience which was held on 17th of March. As you are well aware my organization that has been your permanent customer for last ten years and had no complaints but, this last meeting put me in place to write you a complaint letter today. Firstly, as for as the main cause is concerned, the entire team was unsatisfied with your catering arrangements. Due to your insufficient staff, my team members had to invest their crucial time in serving food to themselves and it almost took one hour to get back to our discussion tables. Secondly, I must convey that food quality was not satisfactory as compared to all previous visits. Lastly, however respected regime of our organization is demanding a refund on the last meeting, but I urge you to take a precise look at last meeting arrangements.
