Dear Mr Brown, I am writing in response to your claims about the unpleasant sound from my flat. The noise has been very unbearable but please kindly understand the need as I am trying to renovate and this would be completed soon In preparation for my wedding, part of my highlighted plans is to renovate my flat to suite my wife needs and make provisions for the children. This exercise has been going on for a week now which has been the major cause of the noise. The use of drilling, cutting and grinding machines has been the source of this noise but their uses are inevitable. I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience this has lead to and I have also Instructed the construction engineer to increase the timeline for the job giving them more time to achieve their tasks. The increase in time means there would be no form of noise from 4 P. M. in the evening till 10 A. M. in the morning where there would be no form of disturbance as I am sure you would be at work at this said time. I look forward to your contribution should you have any more observations and idea to enable the construction go n without disturbing you. Best wishes, Ahmed Ojodu
