Dear Madam, I am writing this letter to request you to arrange suitable accommodation for me in the college hostel as my current housing arrangement is utterly inconvenient and rather expensive. My student ID number is HC-00768, currently studying 3rd year engineering in electronics department in your college. Further, I would like to add that I have been residing at my present house since 2 years along with two other students on a sharing basis. Now, my landlord has decided to bring in one extra tenant to the same residence, making it 4 people in a 1 BHK flat leading to space crunch, which is why I have decided to move out. Also, the cost of the rooms has gone up, making it difficult to bear, as a student. Therefore, shifting close to the university campus will give me more time to focus on my studies due to quiet ambience and not more than 2 people sharing a room as per the rules of the hostel. And, it is also much more affordable for a student. It would be of great help if you could kindly let me know of available arrangements for my stay at the college campus starting next month. Yours sincerely, Paula
