I'm Prameela from London, Last night I have booked a table at your restaurant for my friend Priya's birthday party. I suggest your restaurant to my friends to celebrate my friend's birthday party. Consequently, I have order food for 20 members. However, I disappointed with your service, hardly, we were waited for 30 minutes to get the order. For instance, Although We have planned to celebrate the party at 12 clocks, I received my food at 12: 30 pm. Secondly, the taste of the food was annoying with better taste and the customer service is not satisfied at all. Additionally, I have paid 10% of the tax for customer service, which is much higher when compared with other restaurants. In my opinion, I suggest that you can improve better customer service with the correct time. Moreover, the physical infrastructure of the restaurant can be modified to cover the customers.
