I am writing this letter to inform you that I fell so bad and advice to give your waiters course about how to talk to your customer. We have been working at ABC company since 2013. Despite the fact that we were happy to have taken a promotion at our job, all positive feeling was gone by your staff. We visited your remarkable restaurant around 8 pm yesterday. It took almost 30 minutes to reach the place. One blonde lady met us when we entered the restaurant. And then one rude man came and talked to us loudly and unwillingly. He was not carrying his badge, so that is the reason why I can not say his name. I would be very grateful if you could give him a punishment.
