Dear Mrs. Yasaswini, I am your new tenant from house number 231, Hill Road, Jubilee hills. I moved in with my family two weeks ago. We are so delighted to have such a spacious live space and splendid views from balcony. I am writing this letter to appraise you with some problems that we are facing in the house. I would like to raise few concerns related to common bathroom and kitchen, which have been continuously arising since first day. Taps are leaking in bathroom because of which one can slide on the wet floor and cause serious injuries and shower’s water pressure is too minimal to reach the floor immediately. To add it, kitchen shelves and hinges are slacked. Exhaust duct is also closed due to dust accumulation. All these problems need immediate action. As you have rented out so many apartments, you must be having a tie-up with some plumber and carpenter. I request you to send plumber and carpenter to fix the above-mentioned problems at the earliest. Also, please inform plumber to get additional accessories such as 3” threaded stainless steel tap, overhead shower panel and five teflon tapes at the time of arrival in order to save the fixation time. Carpenter shall bring one-meter length rails for shelves and ten pairs hinges of Hettich make for kitchen repairs. Hoping for a prompt action from your side. Yours faithfully, Manoj Kumar.
