Dear Sir, My family and I had dinner in your restaurant on Sunday 11 June. I am writing to complain about the food and service. The first problem was that, although we had booked a table near the window. We were squashed asmall table at the corner of the restaurant. It was very noisy and stuffied. Secondly, the service is very bad and the waitress are few. We had to 10 minutes to order. On the top of that, they brought our food in exchange. The waitres were rude and service was slow. Finally even though the reputation of your restaurant is good but the food was mediocre. The price was expensive. Since we had not enjoy this meal so we ask you to refund cost of our meal.
