Dear Mr. Adam, I hope my letter finds you in good health. My name is Steve and I'm living in you flat located at 43 main road, east street with my family. I moved in just one month back and I am writing this letter to bring your immediate attention on the issues related to your flat which me and my family started facing just after our move in. The bed and chairs present in both of the living rooms are damaged and were damaged before our move in as well. The broker pointed out that you are already aware of this issue and you will help us getting this fixed but it's been one month and the bed and chairs are still not repaired. It becomes very difficult as me and my family are currently slipping in common and study rooms. I hope you understand our concerns as you know that bed and chairs are basic furniture necessity. I would really appreciate if you can arrange a carpenter as soon as possible. I can also get it fixed but I'd have to deduct the amount form next month rent.
