Dear Mr Jamieson, I am a tenant from the apartment located at 25 Duet Drive. I and my family have rented this unit approximately a week ago. During this time I have noticed that a few pieces of the furniture are not in a satisfactory state. Starting with the higher importance, several elements of the fridge are broken. The freezer which is supposed to work at a considerably low temperature is cooling worse than the fridge. The couch has a few spots where the leather peels off, probably, due to ageing. The areas where the leather peeled off are left with bright material, makes it look unpleasant. As for the fridge, it might only require to call the repairer. I would like to ask you to arrange the repairs after 5 pm during the workweek or at any time at the weekend. I am afraid that the couch needs to be replaced as it is no longer in a good condition.
