Dear Mr. Singh, The purpose of my writing this letter is to express my dissatisfaction regarding the furniture in the apartment rented by you. I am aware that you live out of the city, because of which you are not able to able to maintain the apartment under your guidance. I have been living in your apartment for the last six months. My husband and my 14-month-old daughter live with me. Initially, I liked the apartment, especially the kitchen, the storage space is good, and we needed a fully-furnished place, which was the prime reason for my decision to move into this apartment. Let me explain the issue, the dining table is very old, so the chairs are filthy. I have tried to clean them but without any success. They are not good for usage. Moreover, the back-support of the bed in my guest room has got rusted screws. So the back support keeps falling off. It can be hazardous. I will share the pictures for more clarity. I have tried to fix things, but your intervention is necessary now. The dining table and the bed support need replacement. I request you to get it done asap. If you want, I can share the dimensions with you, such that you don't have to come down to look at it yourself. These things are of everyday usage so I cannot ignore them. It is not worth the risk. I hope you will understand and I look forward to your reply. Should you require any more details, do not hesitate to ask me. Yours Sincerely. Binny Arora.
