Dear Mr. Leonard, I am writing to inform you that the furniture in our rented apartment is not up to scratch and it is causing extreme discomfort. I am Keisha Davis, who just moved in with my family. We are a family of six and have been welcomed today into one of your rented apartments on Oak Street, House 91. The furniture in our accomodation seems to have a pest problem, more specifically, bed bugs. This is quite disturbing, uncomfortable and also, infuriating acknowledging the price we had to pay for a 4-star accomodation. We would like to move out immediately into another house for the rest of our stay, starting today. Please ensure the new house is properly sanitized and hygienic with utmost care.
