Dear Sir or Madam, Good Morning, hope this letter finds you well. I am Akshaya from Chennai, India, writing to enquire about the accomodation options in Canterbury University. I have applied for a six month training course in Data Science which starts in March, and hence was asked to attend the orientation programme that is happening next week. Unfortunately, my Visa processing took longer than expected due to the pandemic situation, so I was not able to organise my accomodation prior to arrival. I am arriving at the Christchurch airport at 3pm on the 14th of February and would probably reach the University premises by 5pm. As I am completely new to the country, it would be really helpful if you could provide a single room with an ensuite in the university accomodation for 10 days.
