Dear Mr. Smith, I am writing this letter to complaint about the worst condition of some of the furniture in one of the rented flat of yours that I am currently staying in America. I am Ratika Arora, one of the tennants in your 45, Plankwodd Road, New Jersey flat situated in northern parts of America. I am staying in this accomodation since past 1 month with my family. I have rented the flat for a time span of around 5 years owing to my work commitments in the corporate I am currently employed in Jersey. I have numerous complaints regarding certain belongings of the house. For instance the beds are quite small for 3 people to sleep comfortably in them. The sofa chairs produce enormous noise when people need to sit and relax on them. The fans need repairing too as they operate at a very low speed even when the regulator of fans are set to a speed of around 5. I would request you to kindly replace the above furniture with the new one so that we can live a more comfortable life. I am also in favour to pay you half the amount that would be chargeg in buying these new equipments for the house. Looking forward to your prompt action and response.
