It has been my privilege to encourage students with high potential to pursue higher education that will enhance their academic knowledge and aid in their innovative research. It gives me enormous pleasure to write about Mr. Vignessh Palaniswamy Govindaraj, an undergraduate student of the Department of Computing branch, Coimbatore Institute of Technology. I have been Head of the Department, handling the subject Internet Of Things during his final year of studies.
My observation as his professor reveals that he is a highly intelligent, sincere, and hardworking student with a tremendous drive to fulfill his tasks. He is an avid observer and has the requisite aptitude to take up any difficult assignment in his field of study. He always has actively participated in classroom discussions. Being one of the sharpest in class. he is extremely quick at grasping and equally adept at understanding the practical implications of abstract principles.
Apart from the academic curriculum, he proactively pursued value added courses like Practical Machine Learning using TensorFlow from Google and IIT Madras, Artificial Intelligence- Knowledge and Representation, from IIT Madras. Moreover, This showed his interest in learning new things.
I have also had the opportunity to observe him in a non-academic surrounding, as he was one participant at various co-curricular activities. He has volunteered during many events and has played a significant role in making the events a success. He has also contributed as Secretary for Students Club and also led the Programming Event during Intra-college fest.
He has the right level of self-confidence, emotional maturity, and works well in a team. Mr. Vignessh Palaniswamy Govindaraj is a promising student and is fit to study in an institution of repute. I am sure he will prove to be a good student and make valuable contributions to his chosen field of study. I strongly recommend him for admission into graduate studies in your venerated institution.
