Dear Mr. Smith, Through this epistle, I am disappointed to let you know that the condition of the furniture which was the part of your apartment which I rented is not remotely satisfying. I rented your four rooms and a dining room condominium accompanied with three bathrooms last month in Feburary. Since I was to move in with my full family of four persons. I oddly remember I made a special request of a furnished apartment to which there was a written agreement from your side. Since the first day of us taking the possession of the accommodation, the requested wooden articles were malfunctioning and making creaking noise on being used. I believe I asked for a sofa set for four members and a dining table for the same but a chair from the set of sittings of the dining table was missing and rest were quite filmsy to sit on. Moreover, the lining coverig the sofa is falling at the seams. I must say I paid for the above said amenities in advance and full but providing them in a wrecked condition is very unprofessional behaviour from your side. I implore you to replace all the faulty movables as the earliest else I would be forced to take legal action on you as we entered in a registered contract to fulfill written obligations. Hoping for your positive response. Your Sincerely, Date: 21 March 2021Vikas
