You and your family are living in rented accommodation in an English speaking country. You are not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture. Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter introduce yourself explain what is wrong with the furniture say what action you would like the landlord to take

Dear Mr. Barry I am writing to inform you that I am your current tentant living in South central apartments with my family. I would like to draw your attention to the condition of the furniture provided and few suugestions to make it more comfortable. My name is Sneha and two weeks earlier I, along my family, is shifted to 159 south central apartment under your tenancy. We admire the decor and facilities provided by your management, however there are certain issues with the present furniture that needs to be fixed. To start with, the right hand arm of one of the couches in living room is broken and also the screws of coffee table are loose enough to fall off anytime. Another major issue is the bed of main bedroom. Although the mattress of the bed is amazing and is very comfortable, the bed base on the left end makes some strange sound when we sit or move on it. The sounds produced by bed makes it almost impossible for us to have a sound sleep at night. The apartment is modular and superbly decorated yet it's of no benefit if it has negligible comfort level. Therefore, I would request you to kindly repair the furniture in the living area and change the bed base of the main bedroom. A sound sleep is must to have a healthy life I look forward for hearing from you soon. Yours Faithfully Sneha Chawla
