You are going on a short training course at a college in Greenmount, Northern Ireland. You need somewhere to live while you are there. Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter: explain your situation describe the accommodation you require say when you will need it

Dear Sir or Madam, I am Francis Dacera and currently living in Australia. Recently I have enrolled for a short training course about Mathematics on Fluor University Greenmount, Northern Island. Since I don't know anyone in this country I would like request if you could assist me to look or find a place where I can stay for the duration of my stay. This is also my first time to visit your country. I am not really keen on the accommodation that I am looking as long as it has own bath room. A studio type room would be perfectly fine so I could cook my own food as I am not fan of dining out. If possible I would like to be the only person in the room in able to focus with my lesson. My plan date of arriving in Greenmount, Northern Island will be next month and the duration I will be renting the accommodation will be roughly around six months from May to November 2021. The training will be for five months only but since this may be my first and last visit in your country, I would like to take this opportunity to also visit tourist spot highly recommend for tourist.
