Dear Mr. Mohammad,
I am one of the tenant who just stayed last week in one of the prestigious hotel here in Jeddah, named Holiday Inn. I am writing to complain regarding the insufficient ventilation system.
Let me explain it more in details. Unexpectedly, there was a drastic change in the weather on my first day of staying in the hotel. Before going to my scheduled conference, I decided to have enough sleep for an hour. Unfortunately, the heat circulating in my room just awaken me up. As a result, I wasn't able to have a good relaxation at that time.
After few hours of contemplating, I tried to adjust the temperature of the air condition expecting that it might help in cooling the place. It does not provide any support to increase the coldness of the room. People from the reception even tried to give a hand on me to adjust the heating and cooling system.
Could I suggest for your good office to reimburse at least half of my payment due to the fact that I was not satisfied by the service that your hotel offered.
I hope you would give so much priority in this complaint.
