Dear Mr. Brown, I am Chris your tenant from New South Hill Apartment. I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention towards the bad condition of some furniture in the apartment. We moved here last week and as per our conversation we got all the required furniture's as mentioned at your apartment. However, some OF the furniture's are in extremely bad condition. Let me explain you in detail. The chairs are in pretty good condition, but the dinning table is not stable. The space below the bed which has been given to store clothes is not clean. Even the utensils shelf has no doors to close and some door hinges are rusted. We are unable to have dinner on the dinning table. The utensils are kept on the shelf but as there is no door, they are exposed to dust. As bed container is not clean, we have no space to keep our washed clothes. I would kindly request you to send a carpenter to fix these problems and also request you to provide us with a vacuum cleaner for cleaning the bed container. Yours Sincerely, XYZ.
