Hi Aseem, I am writing this letter to let you know about the new house I bought. I always wanted to have my own house and finally, its my dream come true. I bought this new flat in Jhumera. It is three bedroom, hall kitchen with two balconies and a separate laundry room. The best part is that i got this within my budget and that too see view facing. The neighbourhood is fully residential and far from the downtown so it is very quiet place to live. The security is 24/7 and very convenient for groceries as shops are close to the building. This winter you can specially visit my house because you love the beach and you will get that hotel stay feeling. Moreover, we made one room as a guest room so you can use that when you will be here.
