Dear Sir, i am writing to express my comments on the ABC hotel. I have no complaints about the price. It is reasonable. I am impressed by the staff. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, There are some things that i don't really like. Firstly, according to your advertisement, the car park is spacious and clean, but in fact the car park is small and dark so parking is difficult and time consunming.
