I am writing this letter to complain about the poor service I received from your company. This complaint is related to the expensive cost of repairing my Mac, which one of your branches asked me to do in order to repair my Mac.
My complaint case is: Three years ago, I bought a Mac from an Apple dealership in Birmingham. Unfortunately, some time ago, my Mac crashed and did not turn on, so I went to an Apple branch to have my Mac repaired. After a few days I was informed that if you want to repair your Mac it will cost 500 pounds.
I'm a student and I do not have much income and I bought a Mac due to the fact that Apple products is said to have been long lasting and do not have high maintenance costs. I haven't done any heavy graphics, gaming, or networking work with my Mac, by the same token, I expected it to work for me for at least ten years, but despite my precautions, my Mac broke down and never turned on again. I am absolutely sure that I was innocent in this breakdown.
You should know that I have been a customer of Apple products for more than 10 years and I will definitely be in the future. I hope I never have such a problem in the future, due to the fact that, if I can not repair my Mac at one of Apple's branches at a reasonable price, I will not afford to pay for a new Mac in account of my university expenses and my fiscal issues. So I ask you to help me repair my Mac with the warranty or any other way you offer.
As you know, in the midst of the Corona pandemic, most people are in pecuniary difficulties, and I, like other people, am in financial trouble, and I hope with your help I can repair my Mac as soon as possible. I am looking forward for your answer.
