Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you about unusual noisy situation that has been caused by young people at every evening till midnight in the park near my house. I should identity that my house is located at 1215, Parker Street, Vancouver and my parents also moved to my place to spend a quality time together for a while. This situation has caused us several problems. First of all, my parents live with me, and they cannot tolerate that much of noise even if I close and cover the doors and windows. Secondly, I work at the construction company and I have to go to bed soon and wake up early morning, which with current issue I can follow my regular plan. I would suggest providing a covered playground for teenagers to spend time with their friends. It could be either in the park or other place.
