To Whom it May Concern:
It is my pleasure to recommend Junesh Gautam to [name of the program] at [ name of the university]. As an associate professor, I taught Junesh CIM( Computer Integrated Manufacturing) technology and also supervised him in his graduation project. The course focused on different aspects of manufacturing with the help of a computer system, where Junesh was able to demonstrate his out-of-the-box ideas and collaborate with me through my course. Though it has been more than 3 years since he graduated, he has left a deep mark by his enthusiastic nature.
Junesh is very diligent and lively. He always showed up before anyone else, which I believe is because of his eagerness to learn. He also has experience in various sectors from which he can understand and implement knowledge in a distinguished manner. Therefore with his creativity and his friendly nature, classroom engagement was effortless. Since he had experience with medicine manufacturing and some furnace manufacturing, he lit up the classroom with his knowledge by showing how the process could be improved with the concepts of CIM( Computer Integrated Manufacturing) technology. His overall performance was also reflected in his grade which was one of the best in the class.
With his good knowledge in most of the engineering courses, he did his graduation project in a way where he could fuse the concepts from various fields. In his project, “Design a solution in a medicine wholesale”, he used his machine designing skills, made its prototype with the help of the Arduino module and used concepts of mechanical principles, and several more. I believed his work would be better if he had rather worked on focusing on a few areas rather than trying to fuse all the ideas in one system with a limited time. Although his capability of incorporating ideas from varying sectors was captivating, he does however need to work on organizing his thought, which I think could be done with a little bit of practice. Nevertheless, because of his creative research skills, I would also refer other students to seek his help before coming to me for help which gave him more exposure to teaching skills as well.
Junesh personally is a highly diligent and intelligent student with a friendly personality. He relentlessly pursues his goals with great focus. He loves to read a lot and always tries new approaches to problem-solving. He is always curious and is always full of questions. His confident nature makes him stand out from everybody.
Junesh has proven to be a perfect candidate for research because of his curiosity and continuous perseverance towards finding the answer. Furthermore, he has a habit of helping others in research not only because he is helpful but also believes to learn something from it. Therefore, I strongly trust Junesh to be a perfect Ph. D. candidate for your department.
Yours Sincerely,
