Complaint to builder about the recent renovation

Dear sir, I am writing to complain against the recent construction done by your organisation at my office building. A contract regarding a 1000 square feet branch of Axis Bank Ltd. was signed with you which held the making of cash counter, branch head's cabin with three other cabins beside this, a pantry, vault, store room, rest room and a sitting area. As per commercial building norms of local authorities it was also adjudicated that fire and safety alarms would also be installed. The authoritative also assured in regard to the installation of security cameras at the entrance of the premises, cash counter and above all other counters. There are a few portions of the building which strongly require amendments. The site will be used for banking purposes due to this fact, its security cannot be compromised however, camera at the top pf teller's desk is missing. Apart from it, the vaults are not placed accurately as they must be situated before lockers besides the door rather than in the back and both cash and gold vaults should have to be identical in terms of size and appearance. According to the agreement, the deadline of the work was 3rd December, 2021. Because of the fact that the work is inappropriate and needs updation I am exceeding the limit for five more days hoping to get satisfactory results by the end of this period, otherwise my company shall take a legal action for breaching the contract.
