Dear Mr. Smith, Hello, How are you? hope you are enjoying best of your health. I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to continue football-training classes any more that I have been taking for past four weeks I have joined the training center 1st of this current month and have been coming regularly in the evening session from 4 to 6. My organization has decided to send me for one year training program in UK. It requires me to immediately Move there. So I am unable to continue with you any more. I really enjoyed your couching and teaching style other than this the environment you provided for exercising and practice was very effective and the basic techniques you taught was very useful. I would try to remember and implement them. I have paid my fee in advance for the whole year I thought I would be there. It will be really appreciating and kind act if you could return my remaining balance. Looking forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Samra khan
