Dear Gowtham, Hope you are doing well, I am writing this letter to let you know about the arrangements I have made for you in bangalore and how to reach home from railway station. I am aware that you are arriving bangalore railway station around 6 am in the morning, Unfortunately I will not be at home during that time due to morning shift in my current job. However I have made all necessary arrangements for you here. You can collect the house key from the appartment security and get inside the house and I have also prepared breakfast for you to eat.
