Hello sir, I am writing this letter to you regarding the meeting I had recently attended at your hotel. I am afraid that I have had left some of my legal papers at your hotel meeting room. Probably, I must have left papers below the desk of the chair where I was given a seat, which would be in the first row, from the right most corner facing the entrance of the meeting chamber. Those papers are vital for me as it contains some confidential documents of my company. As being an Executive Officer it would be inappropriate of me letting you know the detailed note on the papers. In addition to that, it consists of a bunch of 10 papers which are wrapped in the red file I had kept underneath the desk table. No words can express my gratitude if, you could lend the given filed official papers to my company’s Secretary who will arrive at your place by evening itself. Apologies for the trouble given by me.
