Dear Mr and Mrs Williams, I hope you are doing great. It is shame that we do not know each other very well and i would like to apologize for that. I am writing this letter in response to your compliant letter that you have sent me yesterday about the noise from my flat. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and humbly ask for forgiveness. Recently, I had purchased the Sony Sound Bar system. Due to technical glitch in the system, the functional mechanism of music was incorrect. It produced a plethora of disturbance in the surrounding's area. Unfortunately this created disturbance in the neighboring flats. Actually, the Sony Music system was ranked number one on the websites which in turn gave me signs to purchase the product on the contrary I don't advice to purchase as my system produced noise pollution in the vicinity areas. I am actually returning the music system to the company consequently that the technicians can take care to not produce this problem again. I'd give you my word of mouth that this kind of noise pollution will never repeat from my house. I really regret for the inconvenience and trouble caused to you by the event and request your forgiveness. Please accept this box of chocolate as token of my deepest regret for the inconvenience.
