Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to inform you that since I have a full-time job, it would not be possible for me to pursue the Spanish learning part-time evening course. To begin with, I really had a fascination with the Spanish culture which prompted me to enroll in a part-time Spanish language learning course despite having a full-time job. I used to look for coaching centers in the city that could introduce me to the language and help me polish my speaking skills. And luckily, I found your institute where I enrolled for a two-month course. On the contrary, my work life has witnessed a drastic change. As my job role has changed, I have been assigned additional projects too. For the first few days, I managed to make time for the class but now I am finding it quite hard to continue since my working hours have also been extended. Though, the only solution to this problem could be, changing the time for the class from evening to early morning because I am quite determined to learn the Spanish language. I hope that you will understand my concern and share with me the availability of seat in the morning session of the class. Yours Faithfully Josh Brown
